In May 2025, I attended A&E with severe pain on my upper right side of my stomach- after various tests and x rays, this showed that there are lots of small gallstones, and one (at that time) was blocking my bile duct.

Dr Bahli and Gayle have been very understanding, organised and prompt in organising every appointment, scan and test required, without an extended wait (bloods, X-Rays, MRI, MRCP, consultation with a consultant and the Pre-op Assessment).

Gayle in particular has been an Earth Angel with a heart of gold, empathetic, kind and understanding throughout- her kindness and care meant the world. Thank you Dr Bahli and Gayle!
