"My admission experience"

I was admitted into the day intervention unit .The staff there put me at ease immediately and kept me well informed about my operation .Spoke with the anaesthetists  and the surgeons kept me fully informed about procedures. Unfortunately my operation had to be cancelled but the all the staff were so caring and apologetic and the surgeon assured me that a new appointment would be made for me .To all staff thankyou again for your care and kindness .
