"I felt safe, heard, and cared for"

About: Freeman Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I would like to thank Mr Dobson and his team

I recently attended the Freeman Hospital Day Treatment Center and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of care and support I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, instantly putting me at ease.

The team is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and tailor the treatment to my individual needs. I never once felt rushed or overlooked — every step was handled with care and respect.

The center itself is well-organized, calm, and supportive. The environment makes it easy to focus on recovery and healing, while still feeling comfortable and respected. The coordination between doctors, nurses, and therapists was seamless, which gave me confidence that I was in the best possible hands.

What stood out most was the human touch. Everyone — from reception to medical staff — went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, heard, and cared for. It’s rare to find such a blend of professionalism and kindness.

I’m truly grateful for my experience at the Freeman Hospital Day Treatment Center and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of outpatient care. It’s a place where patients are treated as people first, and that makes all the difference.
