"Amazing Health Visitor"

Joanna at Kersibank has been absolutely amazing since the birth of our second baby. She’s always able to answer all our questions, even if that means she’s having to do further research and get back to us which is always appreciated. In addition to this, she’s incredibly easy to get a hold of, which is a rarity in healthcare these days. I recently messaged to her just before five pm expecting not to get a reply until the morning about my son's umbilical stump which wasn’t looking very good, to my surprise she managed to get back to me, set up an emergency GP call right away and we ended up in the children’s ward with the wee one needing IV antibiotics. I can’t thank Joanna enough for how quick she was at setting everything up for us, especially since it was almost out of office hours, she has been amazing!
