"First outpatient visit for a fibroscan"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as the patient),

From start to finish I have nothing but praise for the care I received.

Reception staff were very polite and welcoming.

Liver Nurse Specialist, Beth, was very professional and reassuring and gave plenty time to ask questions.

Phlebotomy HCSW was lovely and very pleasant.

Dear Purdie

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind feedback — we’re so pleased to hear that your experience from start to finish was such a positive one.

Our teams strive to ensure that every patient feels welcomed, listened to, and well cared for, so it’s wonderful to hear that the reception staff made a great first impression.

We’re especially glad that you felt supported by Liver Nurse Specialist Beth, and that she was able to provide the time and reassurance you needed. We will make sure your lovely comments are shared with her and with the phlebotomy healthcare support worker, who will be delighted to know their approach made a difference to you.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated — it means a lot to our teams and helps us continue delivering care with kindness and professionalism.

Kind regards

Kevin
