The girls are lovely and jolly on Cottage Ward. If I ring the bell, they are here delivering a 5* service. They try to do their best and I have no complaints. Bell and Arnold are especially fantastic!
A friend sent me a card but didn't know what ward I was on. The post man delivered it to my bed after searching the hospital for me! One staff member helps all us ladies get washed, dressed and sat up before making all our beds in the morning.
The food is not always hot, especially if we are last. But the staff change it so sometimes we are first. It is basic but different every day.
Physio help me every day in the morning which is great, but it would be nice if we could have an afternoon session too. If physio was more regular we would be ready to go home quicker. Although I understand there are not enough staff to do this at the moment.
