"Compassion, professionalism, and support"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Medicine for the Older Adult (wards 13 - 16)

(as the patient),

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Nurses and Doctors, and all the medical staff who cared during his final days in ward 14. Special thanks to Leanne and Dawn that just went above and beyond to support us all at this time.

Your compassion, professionalism, and support meant so much to us during such a sad time.

Thank you for your kindness, your patience , and the dignity you showed him and our family.  We will never forget the comfort you provided when we needed it most.

Dear Mk76

I would like to offer my sincere condolences to you and your family.

Taking time to express your gratitude to staff who cared for your loved one during his final days is very thoughtful and much appreciated.

Your kind words will be shared directly with Leanne and Dawn as well as the wider team.

Thank you again for taking time to share your experience during such a sad and difficult time.

Regards

Lise
