"I knew I was in the right place"

About: Dame Carol Detoxification Service

(as the patient),

I arrived here very nervous, but was instantly greeted by a friendly team of people who quickly processed me into the the facility where I was shown around and made comfortable in my room. From the minute I arrived I knew I was in the right place to deal with my addiction and problems and all the staff and fellow recoverees have been nothing but supportive.

Thank you for taking the time to review our service, we really value your feed back.

It is only natural to feel anxious on admission and I am pleased the staff were able to make you feel comfortable. It really is good to hear that, along with the staff, your peers supported you through your detox.
