Previously, my procedure was postponed and rescheduled at short notice. I was greeted and welcomed onto the ward, shown to my allocated bed and given a few minutes to settle in. My named nurse introduced herself and began the essential paperwork; she was so lovely and very professional. The Surgeon, and Anaesthetist also did a ward pre-op visit to clarify what was planned. My op went well. My post surgery care was equally faultless. The Surgeon also did a post-op ward visit. I am so grateful and appreciate the entire team for the amazing treatment and care I experienced. Thank you.
