"My visit to the clinic"

Together with the other staff, I met with Mr Gupta, who was so considerate and thoughtful in the friendly manner in which he dealt with me. It was a positive experience as his manner was reflected in how the other staff were so willing to help and to put me as ease. I did so appreciate Mr Gupta deciding not to wait to a further appointment but to immediately go ahead with the first of my three eye injections.
