"My mum's care"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Medicine for the Older Adult (Wards 9-12)

(as a relative),

My mum has been in ward 10 for over 2 weeks and was very poorly. The treatment each and every staff member has shown not just to mum but everyone who visits her is next to none. I can only describe each person as angels, nothing has been a bother they have went above and beyond 24/7. They definitely do not receive the praise and recognition they deserve. I will be eternally grateful forever for all the help, kindness, care and compassion which continues to be shown every day. Mum has a long road ahead of her but with a team like ward 10 has am hopeful she will make a recovery and will continue for as long as I live to shout from the rooftops the excellent treatment she continues to receive.
