"Amazing care"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a parent/guardian),

Amazing care for my son’s broken wrist in a very busy A&E. Long wait but staff were excellent at keeping us informed, and so cheerful, from the delightful receptionists to the nurses and doctors. Strikes me as a very happy team and we felt in good hands. Thank you Musgrove!

Dear Parent

Thank you so much for funding the time to write to us. It was lovely to read and I will share with the team. I am sorry its was busy and long waits but so pleased you were kept informed. I hope your son is feeling better and on the mend
