"Lovely place but difficult to get to"

About: United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust / Lincoln-Community Diagnostic Centre

(as the patient),

Had to attend the diagnostics centre for an x-ray.

Lovely place and staff but it was a very long walk from the nearest bus stop, which didn't help with my dodgy ankle. The staff have been told the council were going to sort out a bus route but this has not happened.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at the new Lincoln Diagnostics Centre and we're pleased to hear your experience at the site was a positive one.

I can confirm talks are still underway with the local bus company and with the support of the local MP's to try address this.

I will raise your comment regarding the bus stop being a significant distance from the centre to the CDC senior management team and thank you for this feedback. Patient feedback is always key for our service improvements.
