"Brilliant"

About: Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery Service - STARS / Lite Family Support Service (LFSS)

(as the patient),

I had an addiction and knew I needed help so I got referred to IFFS and was given a key worker. She was brilliant, helped me and also got me into Chase recovery which is brilliant. The help and support I have received  has helped me to stay abstinent.

Thank you for your feedback this is so lovely to read, I am pleased that you have felt supported by your IFSS Lite key worker and found the intervention to be beneficial to you and your family.

Firstly well done in recognising you needed the support, your hard work and determination to make positive changes has resulted in you achieving your own goals. We appreciate this journey isn't always an easy one, its really to your credit that you've been able to identify your own coping strategies and techniques and implement them in to daily life.

I would like to give you recognition for this and wish you every success for the future
