(as the patient),

Fantastic care from Adam, Physiotherapist at my GP, Templehill Surgery. I was able to access an appointment with him promptly, thanks to Amy, receptionist who was extremely helpful.

Adam provided excellent care in assessing and diagnosing the reason for my pain; treatment with clear explanation of the ‘problem’ and exercises to follow at home demonstrated, with a printed copy provided.

So very grateful to be able to access this care. Thank you Adam.

It is great to know that the GP Practice Receptionist was helpful and able to appointment you the Physiotherapist in the GP Practice so quickly. I'm pleased to hear that Adam was able to assess your symptoms and provide you with clear, practical advice as well as some suitable exercises. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with the GP practice and Physiotherapy Team and with Amy and Adam in particular, which I know they will be delighted to receive.
