Had sessions with Joanne who was kind  caring and compassionate and non-judgemental and I could relax. Highly recommend the service provided

My name is Pam Lamond and I am the senior Charge Nurse for the Primary Care Mental Health and Wellbeing Service in Perth City.

Thank you so much for taking time to give us feedback regarding your experience of the service. I am delighted to hear about your positive experience of working with Joanne. I will be sure to pass on your positive feedback to her. It is lovely to hear about how kind and caring she was and how her nonjudgmental approach helped you to feel relaxed. It is so important that you were able to feel comfortable with Joanne, as the relationship with your worker is crucial to trust and mutual respect.
