"Excellent Care"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / General Medicine (Wards 8, 10, 11, 14, 18 & 27)

(as the patient),

Was admitted with Vertigo, dizziness and suspected mini stroke.

Ward 27 staff were incredible, attentive and actually caring. If it wasn’t for such great care then my 8 day stay would have been unbearable.

Absolute star performer was the lady who literally knew everyones preference for tea and coffee….

Dear Craig821,

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience while in ward 27. It's really good to hear that the staff helped make your stay as manageable as possible. I will share your lovely comments with the team and hopefully it reaches the star tea lady!
