"A lovely experience"

About: Dorset County Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

This was the first time I’d been to this particular part of the hospital. In arrival I was greeted by a lady who introduced me to Franklin the receptionist. He took my details and then the lady showed me where to sit and who I was going to see (Pip). 

I didn’t have to wait long before Pip called me in. The procedure was quick and we just chatted the whole way through.

Then I left and said goodbye to everyone.

A lovely experience. Thank you
