About: Family Support Hubs / Family Support Hub - Hamilton

(as a parent/guardian),

We were first introduced to Kerry after a referral made by my child’s school with my consent, as I was really struggling with her emotional outbursts and meltdowns daily before and after school. 

Kerry has been nothing short of an angel in pushing organisations and referrals, alongside counselling opportunities for both myself and my child, which without her help we would continue to wait years for.

Thank you for your Care Opinions response about your experience of the Hamilton Family Support Hub and Kerry.

Indeed, thank you for giving your consent to the referral from your daughter's school and that you feel it was of some help in dealing with what sounds to be a difficult time for you all.

Kerry appreciated your lovely description of her and I would agree that between the two of you; you have been able to progress with both the counselling and the referrals you wanted.
