"An audiology appointment for my mother"

About: Lauriston Building / Adult Audiology

(as a relative),

I took my mother - who is in her 90s -  to have her hearing aid function checked as her hearing had significantly reduced. We saw Ms. Lam, an audiologist working at Edinburgh Royal infirmary (Lauriston Building)

Ms. Lam was extremely kind and considerate, helping my mother into the room and being respectful at all times. She also improved the setting of Mum's hearing aids, meaning she can now hear quite a lot better
