"The care I was given during an outpatients appointment"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Day Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended Victoria Hospital last Tuesday for an Alendronic Acid infusion and I would like to praise every member of staff I saw during my time there.

Once they had linked me up I was offered tea and biscuits and also the use of a private room. The nurse came in and out through the following 45 minutes to check if I needed anything.

Nothing was too much trouble for them and I can only say how welcoming they were.
