"Exceptional care"

About: South Tyrone Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a relative),

My father had a serious accident at work. He attended a minor injuries in another trust and was sent home. I was not satisfied with the attention he had been given and so I took him to Dungannon Minor Injuries for a second opinion.

They showed a high level of expertise, examined him very thoroughly. They sought opinion from an orthopaedic surgeon who was on call.

As a result several fractures in his foot were discovered and he was admitted to CAH for surgery.

All this only happened thanks to the expertise of the staff at ST Minor injuries. They took us seriously, they listened carefully, examined him thoroughly and thanks to them he was able to receive the appropriate care as per his injury.

I can't praise them enough. With four children I regularly use this service and I have always been met by calm and pleasant staff who show such a high level of care and expertise.

I would also like to commend the reception staff here. Their smiles and the attention given when we check in always help make a bad situation so much better.
