"A caring approach"

From arriving at Queen Margaret's day surgery department I felt that I was well looked after. All the nurses showed a caring approach constant checking in with me to make sure I was okay.

The theatre nurses were all great putting me at ease. Mr Stirling, my surgeon had an amazing approach and banter. He sang throughout my surgery. The whole team in the theatre were all relaxed but remained focussed throughout.
