"The staff are amazing"

My mum was admitted and discharged as palliative. This marks a sad day as a family for us, as we felt we were saying goodbye to friends in the ward too, the staff are amazing, the care they gave my mum was exceptional, everyone who came into her room spoke and treated her with dignity and respect, they are amazing, from the domestics, the care workers, the nurses, drs. We thank this ward so much, a very busy ward but nothing was ever an issue or problem, thank you all so much, every ward should have a staff nurse Kim, thanks to you all mum is now home, and we cherish what we have, xxxx
