"You gave me support when I needed it most"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / ENT and Urology inpatient West 1

(as the patient),

I came to the hospital for a Septoplasty procedure. Absolutely wonderful standard of care from the ward to theatre, from surgery to recovery and back again. Huge thanks to all the staff: nurses, anesthesiologists, doctors and support staff. Particular thanks to the nurses and support staff who looked after my medical needs and general wellbeing. Very impressed also with the quality of the food and the staff who looked after its delivery, and the many heartwarming cups of tea! Particular thanks to two nurses named Lucy and Kristine. You gave me support when I needed it most, and I am very grateful to you both.
