Despite the department being very busy my husband was met by caring professional people
Whilst in AMU a man opposite was clearly confused scared and distressed the staff member dealing with him was so kind, offered him continual reassurance to the point that he felt safe enough to go to bed
Really impressed by her compassionate nature
Think her name was Claire
