"Refusal to prescribe medication"

Called the surgery as I need a repeat prescription, was told they do t deal with it and I should see a pharmacy, there isn’t a pharmacy in my area that can prescribe the medication I needed without a doctor, was told that wasn’t there problem, and they can’t and won’t do anything, I asked to see another staff member and I was refused, once again told that I can’t.

When I explained I can’t walk far so can’t get to the pharmacy, once again they didn’t seem to care, I explained that I’ve had to have surgery and I’m still recovering, walking and movement is limited. They still didn’t care, go to the pharmacy I was told once again. I feel they were being discriminative of my needs and was spoken to so horribly.
