"They were very Informative in relation to my Illness"

About: Glenkirk Resource Centre

(as the patient),

I attended the Glenkirk Centre in Drumchapel in early Sep for a Consultation with Doctor White. I had on previous occasions both Discussions and Consultation's with both Doctor White and Doctor Havens and both were very Patient, Understanding and very Informative in relation to my Illness and what it involved and in furtherance to this their treatment was complimented by their colleague's Ellen CPN, and Emma the Centre's Receptionist. 

I had spoken to Emma on various occasions regarding matters relating to my Appointments and she was very friendly and informative and over and above that she made every endeavour to assist me in obtaining documentation confirming my dates off attendance iI Hospital. 

Thank you Glenkirk Centre for helping through a very difficult Time in my Life and thanks also to all the NHS Staff who I encountered during this time you are all a Credit to the NHS which in itself is a truly wonderful and much appreciated Health Care Service..
