Recently I have had several hospital admissions , with a potentially life threatening heart complaint. On every occasion from calling treble nine, to being passed over to resus or A&E, the service could not have been better.

When ambulance crews arrived at our house they took control of the situation , but kept me involved every step of the way. They made constructive suggestions however gave me option to choose. They made me feel comfortable , confident and very well cared for.

The thing that amazes me is every crew have provided the same level of service, they took all aspects of my situation into account. I also use patient transport three days a week , and get the same level of service as shown above.

Thankyou to every crew member who have helped me during a very difficult time.
