"Professional, helpful and friendly"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Renal Dialysis

(as the patient),

After several years of CKD, I was advised I needed to begin dialysis. After a short time I was very lucky to get a space at Vale of Leven dialysis unit. The staff are so professional, helpful and most of all friendly. The knowledge and experience of the staff are second to none.

My medical needs are complex and they deal with them all efficiently. If it was not for the needles I could quite enjoy the experience. The thing that amazes me most is that the staff treat you like friends rather than patients. They make what can be a difficult experience much less frightening. Thankyou to every member of staff at vale of Leven dialysis unit.
