About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I had an IUD fitted by Dr Rocke and a nurse (I can’t remember her name). Both Dr and nurse were friendly, approachable, patient and kind. Dr Rocke informed me of every step as she was going. The nurse tried to keep me chatting, calm and relaxed. It hurt but they made the experience as easy as it could be.
