Isil, the student nurse on the ward had loads of energy, she made me laugh and was always on the go.
All of the staff here in 3E have been very helpful, Andy-on night duty, I found to be very thoughtful and anticipatory. Learned to know exactly what I needed and when.
Joanne was very experienced & professional, while warm and welcoming, dealing with a wide variety of patients in the hospital and consequently had lots of different skills.
The only difficulty I've had was in the CAU waiting room. We were there for hours and though staff very kindly brought tea and sandwiches etc it was very stressful for all - not knowing where and when we were going. The long hours stretched out interminably, increasing stress levels. There were not enough chairs... I'm sure blood pressure levels were raised for both patients, family and friends.
