"They made me feel safe and comfortable"

(as a service user),

I attended hairmyres on a Sunday end of August and I wanted to say how amazing every member of staff was.

The hospital was busy but I was quickly taken to triage where the nurse listened and was extremely kind and caring. Then next for my bloods the blood nurse was fantastic and make me feel at ease.

Next I had a doctor Zoe who was so helpful and made me feel at ease as did her senior. Then I received at xray and ct scan where the 2 female radiographers helped me on and off the bed as I was very uncomfortable and couldn't have been more helpful.

I then seen a surgical doctor who listened and explained every to me. There was nursing student (I think Polish) and 2 other nurses who were amazing. I really feel that the staff couldn't have done any more than they did for me.

They made me feel safe and comfortable with everything they done and I would like to praise them all for the work that they do
