"I liked that my boundaries were pushed comfortably"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Community Services / Mental Health Occupation Therapy

(as a service user),

I got referred to occ health through CPN. This felt quite scary at the time, my anxiety was through the roof and I was struggling to leave the house. My first appointment came and the therapist was so lovely, listened to me, understood me and helped massively with little steps, lots of helpful information for me. I felt listened to and understood. I liked that my boundaries were pushed comfortably as I progressed and felt silly at my age but also so appreciative and happy when I got recognised/praised for my progress and milestones, no matter how big or small.

This lady helped me greatly and it's a fab service. :)
