(as a carer),

The Team at Vibrant Voices are warm and welcoming to all. This weekly singing group provides an amazing and inclusive social activity for a diverse range of individuals, promoting a real sense of community spirit.

The music choices are always varied covering a wide range of genres, something for everyone.

The person that I support is non-verbal but uses their body language, facial expressions and other cues to demonstrate their enjoyment.

With my apologies for the length of time it has taken me to reply to you, I would like thank you for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience with us via Care Opinion.

I am glad to hear that you, and the person you support have found the weekly ‘Vibrant Voices’ sessions to be so beneficial and that there is something for everyone to enjoy. It’s great to know that the person you support enjoys this so much and is able to communicate this to you using their body language, facial expressions and other cues.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and their relatives/care givers and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Speech and Language Team.
