I attended this service at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen recently in preparation for an operation in the next few weeks. I am an NHS member of staff and I am pleased to say the service was as good as I hoped it would be!
The reception staff were very efficient and welcoming and I was cared for really well by two nursing staff called Claire and Gill (apologies if I have spelt names incorrectly). They clearly put their patients at ease and they undertook the various tests and explained the procedure to me in a lovely way which was easy to understand. Thanks very much to you all.
