"Helpful and informative"

I had 2 appointments for different departments and I started off at the main reception to book in for bloods in the phlebotomy department receptionist at main reception very informative advising of where I had to sit for both appointments she was helpful and pleasant.

Called in by the phlebotomist, very helpful kept me informed of everything she was doing.

Next stop physiotherapist, where physio was very attentive showed me what was expected and ensured all my questions were answered in a manner that I understood.
