"Delighted with my care"

Last year I went to Js medical practice for a yearly check, nurse Koula saw that my psa was a little high and sent me for a blood test as I had prostate history in my family.

It was a good move as they realised after further investigations that few things weren't right... they found a small type of prostate cancer, blood pressure too high, hepatitis, and irregular heartbeat. It was all a bit of a shock. Let's say also a wake up call

To cut a long story short, I changed my diet and started to take more care generally, also feel lucky that I have been well looked after by the NHS staff. So I am now in a better health and more energetic.

I especially like to thanks nurse Koula at Js medical practice, she was able to see through a small abnormality and post me in the right direction, she is also a good listener and a friendly person, altogether I am delighted with my local medical practice, staff at the reception are also a gem, always a smile and there to help.. so it's 10/10 for me.
