About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23

(as a service user),

I arrived in the department. I was taken promptly by the nurse, Mary. They made me feel so comfortable and explained the procedure very clearly for me to understand. Sarah, Callum and Mary worked together to perform my surgery. I was extremely happy with the compassion they gave me throughout. The surgery was longer than they anticipated due to muscle density but they got there and I’m grateful for their hard work and patience. I would absolutely recommend people get this done at Forth Valley. I will be returning in the not too distant future for my second had 🥰
