"Poor surgery service"

Why is the surgery always empty but it’s almost impossible to get an appointment?

The online consultation is not helpful or easy to use or navigate !

And trying to talk to staff on reception is almost impossible. I was on hold for an hour and in the end drove to the surgery with my phone still on hold only to find 3 people standing and chatting behind reception oblivious to why I was still on hold?

In my experience, the surgery is broken and I believe that people will die unless this is sorted soon due to poor management!
