Had a specific appointment time, was taken more or less on time by a friendly nurse who checked blood pressure etc, was then seen very quickly by Dr who was very approachable and listened and diagnosed my issue, this was done in a pleasant manner and was not rushed.
In my opinion and experience other practices could learn a lot from OOH in Hamilton.
