"Appointment with my granda"

About: Mater Hospital / Macular Unit

(as a carer),

We arrived 5 minutes early for our booked appointment.

Only called for eye test after an hour, and then another wait for drops to be put into eye then again another wait for eye injection to be given.

A routine appointment should not have this much waiting around! Not to mention my granda is 86.
