(as the patient),

I was very nervous to be honest as no one seems to say positive things about Monklands Hospital. I just wanted to pass on my thanks for my experience being very positive. From arrival at day surgery to leaving everyone was wonderful, the care was outstanding and it felt really good having everything explained by my ENT consultant, my anaesthetist, nurses and it certainly put me at ease. Everyone working in the unit should be very proud of the work they do.
