(as the patient),

After having a fall on a recent Saturday I attended a&e on the Sunday in pain and loss of sensation down left side. The care I received from a&e staff was amazing Lyn, Angela, Dani you're a credit to NHS and Fiona the doctor was amazing, pain relief was given and sent for a scan.

My only disappointment was a staff member that I later saw didn't even introduce themselves, wasn't a great help and when it came to discharge it was as quick as they could get me out the door without any pain relief.

Full credit to Eildon Surgery especially nurse practitioner Laura who had everything sorted regarding pain relief within minutes the following morning.
