"Problems getting the correct subscription"

In my experience, the medicine order line is not fit for purpose and was clearly a bad idea to begin with. Not only are the waits insufferable, you can't even wait and you have to keep calling.

I called the Limes Medical Centre and the person who replied was very condescending. I insisted that we have had issues getting the prescription right as it has changed a number of times, and they have got it wrong again and again. So calling for them to do it is reasonable and fair.
