"Appointment system"

My appointment was at 12.15pm, I arrived at 12 10pm, no one in waiting room, no one coming in or going out, I was the only patient, great I thought,  how wrong could I be.

12.40pm, I'm still sat there like an idiot waiting, by that time half a dozen patients had come in, been seen and gone again, I'm still sat there, by that time my anxiety's through the roof, my palpitations were going mad, by blood pressure went up, I had to go home without seeing a nurse.

I wouldn't mind but the surgery rang me to make the appointment, why bother, I will never trust any doctor's surgery ever ever ever again. In my experience, their appointment systems are completely none existent, and the staff members had no compassion whatsoever.
