"I was treated with extreme kindness and courtesy"

I was very nervous before the appointment as I am old and have had many operations over the years.  I had been told earlier that I might be going to the Golden Jubilee Hospital in Glasgow which was near impossible for me in my late 80s, so was glad to be given an appointment at Raigmore.

2 ladies did the scan, one was named Laura and I've forgotten the other lady's name but both were very friendly and caring and felt like family members. I was treated with extreme kindness and courtesy throughout the scan and put completely at ease.
