"Excellent staff"

My husband was treated for an allergic reaction that affected his whole body and he was understandably unnerved as we weren’t sure what caused it but it got worse throughout the day.

We were helped by Dr Wong and Nurse Practitioner Leah who were both extremely helpful and helped put us at ease. They both chatted with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and we left smiling.

What started as a bad day turned into a better one because of their excellent patient-centred care and bedside manner, if every nurse was like Leah the world would be a happier place.
