(as a parent/guardian),

As a parent of a child here I feel invisible, completely ignored, felt lied to and have raised so many concerns. Safety on the ward, lack of staff, not following care plans, not maintaining safety of young people on the ward and that’s just for starters. 

The “professionals in the hosptial” should not be caring for those that are vulnerable and have mental health issues from my experience.
