"Received excellent treatment"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

I attended The National Treatment Centre Kirkcaldy for a partial knee replacement late August. I would like to thank Mr Walmsley and his team for the excellent treatment I received. All staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly, caring, encouraging and professional. A special mention for Karen the anaesthetist who guided me through the part of the procedure which I was most anxious about i.e. spinal injection. There was nothing to worry about. Sorry you had to listen to my rendition of the Beatles greatest hits throughout the op!
